Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Leading, coaching and motivating the team of HR Administration specialists.
2. Ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.
3. Overseeing the correctness of employee data in the SAP system (changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, entries, resignations, additional information).
4. Monitoring and prioritizing the workload.
5. Processing clients escalations.
6. Close cooperation with stakeholders.

Profile:

1. Languages: English (B2) and German (C1).
2. Proven track record in leading a team within HR processes.
3. SAP experience will be a plus.
4. Ability to work as a part of the team and lead by example.
