P&C ELC Senior Specalist must ensure the efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services to all stakeholders (entities, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Maintenance of the organizational Management data and employee lifecycle events maintenance according to corporate guidelines in SAP HR and local systems & handling of non-standard requests
- Preparation of contractual agreements and letters in accordance with established templates & modification of the templates if needed
- Addressing all employee data-related queries, updating employee data accordingly (bank details updates, personal data updates, etc.), if needed, creating of new standards for new requests
- Providing standard & complex administrative services
- Performing necessary data quality controls & filing of the supporting documents
- Providing standard and complex reports upon request
- Standardizing, improving, and automating in-scope processes
- Coordination and ensuring the development of assigned tools and procedures
- Preparing consolidated files and extraction for Geneva Payroll Team; supporting other team members in reporting preparation
- Acting as SME providing guidance on key processes to HQ BP team
- Driving continuous improvement in HR processes, focusing on efficiency, automation, and employee experience
- Ensuring that knowledge is transferred effectively within the team
- University degree (Bachelor or Master)
- 3+ years of experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, SAP HR experience, experience in an administrative role, experience with process transfer and process improvement
- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German or French is preferred
- Teamwork, proactivity, intercultural sensibility, flexibility
- Attention to detail and openness
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Knowledge of HR data maintenance systems (SAP-HR experience)
- Process improvement model knowledge (e.g. Lean / 6 Sigma) would be an advantage
