Who Are We Looking For?

  • An excellent Romanian and English speaker
  • An independent problem solver with good ability to set priorities
  • A great team player with customer centric and continuous improvement mindset
  • An experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, SAP or Success Factors knowledge is a strong asset
  • Previous experience in the HR and Payroll area would be an asset
  • An ambitious person ready to develop within the HR area

How Will You Make History With Us?

  • Provide a wide range of organizational support to the market People & Culture (HR) team and business
  • Perform tasks related to personal data change, salary & wage control and monthly closure
  • Support the processes of hirings/terminations/moves
  • Manage employee benefits, including ongoing analyses
  • Support the process of employee departure, including leave of absence and maternity leave
  • Prepare documents for organizational changes
  • Support the work of Absence Management System
  • Support the process of employees awarding
  • Prepare various reports and analyses for decision‑making
  • Participate in P&C (HR) departments projects
