For our client, we are looking for an Employee Lifecycle Experience Specialist fluent in Hungarian and English. If you have HR experience and want to grow in an international environment, this role is for you.

What we expect

• a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in working with customers delivering P&C (HR) services
• an analytical mind and attention to details
• a great team player with customer centric mindset
• ability to deal with ambiguity well, work independently, and proactively identify and resolve employees’ queries,
• a proficient Hungarian and Englishspeaker
• solid experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel
• knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce CRM applications would be valuable assets

Your tasks

• support employees with HR related queries
• proactively follow up on end-to-end resolution of all cases
• check and maintain employees’ personal data and payroll related data in in SAP SuccessFactors
• prepare HR related documentation
• generate standard and more complex SAP SuccessFactors reports
• contribute to improvement initiatives for HR processes and initiatives aimed to improve Employee Experience
