Overview

At SOFTSWISS, we believe employee experience should be seamless, meaningful, and human. We’re looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to help our PX&C team turn the employee journey into a product: clear, measurable, and inspiring. From preboarding to farewell, your work will directly impact how quickly people reach productivity, how engaged they feel, and how long they choose to stay with us.

Purpose of the role

You’ll be the one who listens to the “voice of the employee” and turns it into data, insights, and actions. Surveys, interviews, engagement and productivity metrics - these will be your core tools. The outcome: a seamless employee journey that helps people ramp up faster, stay longer, and feel more connected. Your work will directly influence key business results: retention, effectiveness, and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Run regular research: engagement surveys, pulse surveys, stay and etc.
  • Analyze engagement, retention, early attrition, time-to-productivity, and other EX metrics.
  • Map the employee journey (using service design and journey mapping methods) and identify friction points.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations (Google Sheets, BI tools, HR-tech platforms) and deliver insights to leaders.
  • Propose improvements and support implementation together with HRBP, Talent Development, and Internal Comms.
  • Ensure that initiatives are seamless and meaningful - no unnecessary HR “noise.”

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or engagement.
  • Solid background in research: survey design, interviews, data analysis.
  • Ability to turn insights into clear actions and practical solutions.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written).
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a service design mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in service design, CX/UX, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of HR-tech and engagement platforms.
  • Background in DEI, wellbeing, or recognition programs.
  • Russian language proficiency.

Our Benefits

  • Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours
  • Private insurance
  • Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year
  • Sports program compensation
  • Comprehensive Mental Health Programme
  • Free online English lessons with a native speaker
  • Generous referral program
  • Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.
