Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join our team in Rzeszów. As part of our accounting team, you’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, applying cash receipts, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners. Apply customer payments (ACH, checks, and wires) accurately to the correct invoices Review AR aging reports daily and follow up on overdue invoices Send out account statements and payment reminders Communicate with customers and internal departments (Operations, Customer Service, Sales) to resolve billing issues Document all customer communications and collection activities in SAP Support the month-end closing process (clearing small balances, reporting AR status) Assist the AR Manager with reporting, analysis, and process improvements Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) Availability for shift work: 11:00–20:00 or 13:00–22:00 (with 1-hour lunch break) Stable cooperation: employment contract or B2B Opportunities to develop your skills and gain experience in the international environment of a fast-growing US company If youre client-oriented, thrive on accuracy, and enjoy being part of a collaborative and international team - we want to hear from you!
