EMEA Transportation Lead

Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday! The role is full‑time, on‑site in Magnice, Poland, and reports to the DC Logistics Manager, Central Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inbound transportation, both last mile from port to DC and European road inbound.
  • Manage outbound freight partners to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
  • Ensure compliance for export processes with partners.
  • Monitor KPIs and service levels.
  • Drive performance and cost optimisation through data analysis.
  • Verify and process freight invoices.
  • Support the delivery service team where needed.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in freight forwarding within Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and customer service.
  • Basic understanding of export and trade compliance.
  • SAP ECC knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Polish; other European languages are a plus.
  • Organised, stress‑resistant, and able to set priorities effectively.
  • Hands‑on, solution‑oriented, and proactive in driving improvements.
