The position is located in Wrocław, Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end to end TAA processes including data administration, output and audit checks.
• Support report requests from HR partners, managers, and Finance to ensure they have the correct data to complete necessary downstream tasks.
• Responding to employee questions and resolving queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide SME support for questions from Managers and other stakeholders regarding time and attendance reporting.
• Working with internal and external audit teams as needed.
• Drive enhancement in the current processes to ensure optimum delivery and customer service.
• Develop good internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
• Use initiative to solve problems daily and to generate new and innovative ways of meeting and exceeding customer needs
• Provide fast and responsive support for “emergency” situations that may arise.

Qualifications

• University degree, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience with the UKG Time & Attendance (WFM preferred) system.
• Strong understanding of TAA processes, with proven ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify inconsistencies or gaps.
• Experience working in a shared service or high-volume HR environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Upholds the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional EMEA languages a plus).
