To strengthen regional supply chain leadership, we are currently looking for an experienced EMEA Supply Chain Manager who will take full responsibility for coordinating and optimizing supply chain operations across European factories.

- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment (automotive experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing multi-site or regional supply chain operations
- Strong expertise in S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in an international, matrix organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain planning tools
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly across European manufacturing sites
