EMEA Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will join our EMEA E-commerce team in Warsaw, and will focus 100% on partnering closely with our EMEA Marketing and Sales teams to leverage and drive the conversion during our main campaigns and events (e.g. Hyrox, UTMB, Lifestyle events etc.).
- Plan, launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across search, display, paid social, programmatic and affiliate channels in Europe;
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency, ROI, and alignment with annual/quarterly and monthly sales activation targets;
- Work closely with the EMEA Ecommerce Team and Regional/Country Marketing and Sales teams to support seasonal campaigns, new product launches and Always-On activity across DTC and marketplace platforms, mainly in Amazon and DTC (Amazfit websites in Europe);
- Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, test new channels, and continuously improve campaign performance in selected markets, focus in EU5 markets;
- Collaborate with creative/content teams and marketing teams (Global/Regional/Country) to develop ad creatives, landing pages and messaging that drive engagement and conversion;
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders;
- Stay up to date on sport/lyfestile tech and market trends, competitor strategies and platform updates to ensure Amazfit maintains a competitive edge;
- Coordinate with country and regional specific marketing leads to localize media buying strategies and ensure regional alignment for Sports and lyfestyle wearable categories.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 5 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in ecommerce, tech, consumer electronics or sports wearable technology;
- Strong experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads and programmatic DSPs;
- Proven track record of managing sizeable budgets and delivering on KPIs such as ROAS, CPC;
- Solid analytical mindset and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional collaboration between online and offline channels;
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
