The Role

We are looking for a Warsaw based Sales Operations Specialist with experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics to join our fast‑growing team in Europe. The ideal candidate will be a people person, time‑oriented, excellent verbal and written communication and a math master.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set-up & maintain product database for the partners to facilitate successful product launches;
  • Work with the partners to manage and maintain product content, sales and marketing assets;
  • Assist teams with product setup and completion of customer templates;
  • Coordinate delivery & logistics with HQ teams and follow‑up with the customers;
  • Ensure finance, logistics and legal documents are compiled in accordance with HQ requirements;
  • Coordinate sales, marketing, customer & agency samples including application & delivery;
  • Upload and maintain pricing into central OA systems and ensure timely approval;
  • Upload purchase orders into OA system and process all incoming orders;
  • Organise and ensuring purchases orders are delivered upon service level agreements;
  • Follow‑up with the distributor to confirm shipment status;
  • Release orders to the warehouse for processing and coordinate with operations department;
  • Create shipping documents for outbound shipments;
  • Prepare all shipping related documentation including labels, packing lists, bills of lading and maintain records in shipping log;
  • Communicate price changes, promotion calendars and gather sell‑through reports;
  • Collect & consolidate product information and ensure clear and timely alignment for the market
  • Manage and maintain weekly tracker including sales data, marketing and promotional activities;
  • Update weekly sales data analysis including trends, gap-analysis and circulate weekly reports;
  • Record weekly sales and marketing team actions and circulate updates across the HQ business;
  • Work with Sales and Sales OP’s team to consolidate rolling 13‑week forecasts
  • Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree or above in business‑related major;
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally with peers, management, contractors and customers;
  • Strong presentation and problem‑solving skills;
  • High level of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven similar experience in the consumer electronics or IT industry;
  • Business strategy‑driven, defined objective(s), KPIs and reporting plan with strong project management skill;
  • Mandarin is a plus.
