We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager with solid experience in leading Supply Chain and/or Logistics team to join our fast-growing team in Europe. This is a key role with a great opportunity to put your own stamp on our activity across Zepp’s regional supply chain and slaes channels.
What the role will involve:
This Team Leading role will focus on Supply Chain and Sales Operations management and a coordination of an international team of around 10 Specialists in their daily tasks, which include:
- Sales Orders Inbound management;
- Warehouse stock level monitoring (EU and UK);
- Outbound forecast preparation;
- Customer inventory, sell through/ sell out data tracking and reporting;
- Channel stock level tracking and reporting;
- Daily interaction with assigned Key Customers to liaise about order processing;
You’ll be / have:
- English speaker, any additional european language will be a strong plus;
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, sales operations or supply chain experience is a plus;
- Knowledge of the basics of Finance will be a great plus;
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally with peers, management, contractors and customers;
- Strong sense of ownership mentality and can-do attitude;
- An excellent team player who can build relationships across departments;
