About the role

The recruiter assigned to the Southern Europe region will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical, corporate, and sales roles for our entities spread across the region. You will manage effective communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing insights into local market conditions. This role is part of the EMEA Recruiting team located in our office in Gdansk, thus most of the recruitment activity will be handled remotely. You will cooperate with a team of HR and Recruitment professionals, helping build the future of Arrow – one hire at a time.

What are we looking for?

1. Previous experience as a recruiter for Italian or Spanish markets and understanding the local talent markets, challenges, and opportunities.
2. Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian + English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with local teams and international stakeholders (C1 level).
3. Ability to approach, convince, and partner with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider HR team.
4. Collaborate with the EMEA team to achieve its goals, learn, and share knowledge.
5. Think outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness.
