As an EMEA Spare Parts Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end spare parts supply chain across the EMEA region. This includes demand and supply planning, supplier management, warehouse and distribution center operations, reverse logistics, and cost optimization. At this role you will ensure high parts availability, service level adherence, and continuous improvement while optimizing working capital and logistics costs. You will report to our Director of EMEA LAS Parts Management and be a part of the SSG (Service and Services Group).
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end spare parts supply chain from demand planning to delivery and returns.
- Ensure service levels and parts availability across internal depots, partners, and customers.
- Align supply, inventory, and logistics strategies with regional business requirements.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as fill rate, OTIF, lead times, inventory turns, and scrap rates.
- Oversee supplier network performance, negotiate service levels, and drive corrective actions.
- Optimize warehouse and distribution center operations for compliance, efficiency, and cost control.
- Manage reverse logistics, RTV processes, and repair/refurbishment flows to meet turnaround targets.
- Control supply chain costs, implement savings initiatives, and provide financial performance reports.
- Lead and develop a regional supply chain team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of E2E supply chain processes, supplier management, and warehouse operations.
- Proven track record in cost optimization and KPI management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
