In this role, you’ll be the single point of contact for key services, driving stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the entire service lifecycle. responsibilities :
Being accountable for maintaining effective control of the end-to-end application and service (including Dev, UAT, Production and Contingency)
Ensuring successful operation and continuous improvement of services
Adhering to governance processes and ensuring compliance with all FIM requirements, IT controls and processes
Proactively planning service requirements (e.g. evergreening, capacity upgrades) and regularly communicating the benefits and performance of the services to the business
Acting as a contact or escalation point when tasks for assigned services are requested by stakeholders and other functions
Collaborating with key stakeholders within the function such as other Service Owners, POD Team Members, Risk & Control Officers, Infrastructure Leads, vendors, SSP Leads and CCO Tech colleagues, as well as group functions such as Cyber Security
Delegating requests for information and completion of regular reviews to POD team members, consolidating information and responding to the requester
Regularly reviewing inventory tools to maintain service and application information
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience working in either IT Service Management, Infrastructure/Software Support or Project Management area
Very good knowledge of ITIL methodologies mostly in the area of SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security Management, Change, Incident & Problem Management
Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and colleagues from other teams
Can-do attitude where no task is too small or big
Capability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change
Good knowledge of IT technologies, their components and their operational environments
Familiarity of Windows, Linux or database such as Oracle
Strong communication skills in English is a must
Residing in Poland required
