  • We’re looking for two a talented EMEA / IT Service Desk Specialists for our EMEA IT Service Desk team at Aliaxis.
  • Our ideal candidates will have good literacy in French or Italian, backed with solid IT Service Support background (2 years minimum), preferably in international company. We are offering Hybrid work, but it is suggested being located near Wroclaw, Poland where we have our IT Hub located.

responsibilities :


  • Reporting to IT Service Dest manager the IT Service Desk Specialist will play a key role in our EMEA IT Service Desk team. The role is based in Aliaxis EMEA IT Hub, Wroclaw, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9 and will require no travelling across the region.
  • Operate as a Service Desk agent and complete all IT Service Desk operations to achieve highly positive outcomes for the EMEA user community.

requirements-expected :


  • Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, French or Italian
  • Polish or Spanish language is a strong plus
  • A strong foundation in IT fundamentals and a passion for technology.
  • Experience in IT Customer Service (preferably 2 years plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • ITIL Service Management ideally v4 Foundation level or desire/aptitude to complete training.
  • Ideally experience in supporting tasks within IT General Controls for User Access management, software license management, etc.
