EMEA HR Advisor (leave management, offboarding, promotions, admin)

Responsibilities
- Serve as expert on HR topics, providing guidance on offboarding, leave management, and employee changes.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via tickets (Jira) and deliver timely solutions.
- Work closely with internal colleagues to maintain high resolution accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate incoming questions, manage the majority of cases, and delegate more complex issues.
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs related to offboarding, leave management, and lifecycle changes across EMEA countries.
- Document HR processes and updates for clear communication and consistency.
- Support HR People Processes across the EMEA region focusing on offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar HR SSC role.
- Experience supporting Poland and other European countries for offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle changes.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, and Jira.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across teams.
- Strong ownership of tasks and ability to meet SLAs and deadlines.
- Proactively identify and implement workflow improvements.
- Work efficiently in a multicultural environment.
