The TeamThis opportunity is open to candidates based in Poland, Krakow, and requires supporting not only local HR operations, but also remotely covering processes and activities related to offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle changes across multiple countries within the EMEA region. The position offers the opportunity to work in a cross‑country setup, collaborating virtually with stakeholders and HR teams in various countries.
In this position you will serve as the expert on HR‑related topics, providing guidance on offboarding, leave management, employee changes, and assisting employees with HR procedures and self‑service usage. You will be the first point of contact for queries from employees via tickets (Jira), ensuring prompt and effective responses. You will work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, evaluate incoming questions, handle the majority of cases, and dispatch cases requiring in‑depth subject matter expertise. You will contribute to the preparation and verification of monthly payroll inputs related to offboarding, leave management, and lifecycle changes across multiple EMEA countries, and contribute to continuous improvement and streamlining of HR processes. Documenting HR processes and updates to ensure clear communication and consistency across the team will be an important part of the role.
