The EMEA Fleet Project Manager is responsible for leading the transition of fleet management activities from local, country-based operations into the centralized EMEA Fleet Management Team. The role ensures that all processes, responsibilities, and tools are harmonized across countries, while maintaining business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction during the transformation. Further on he will be the connecting Element between the Countries and the centralized Team.

Location: Warsaw, Remote

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the transition of fleet management activities from local teams to the centralized EMEA Fleet Management Team.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Act as the primary contact for local country stakeholders during the transition.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer from local operations to the central team.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to secure smooth transition.
  • Standardize processes, tools, and reporting across countries.
  • Report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in fleet, procurement, or shared services.
  • Strong program/project management skills with proven track record of transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
  • Fluent English; other European languages desirable.

Pay Transparency Statement

The monthly base salary range for this position is 8,600.00 PLN gross to 12,200.00 PLN gross.

Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
