  • Coordinate funding allocation across regions and ensure proper usage.
  • Manage administrative tasks, tracking, and reporting of business impact.

Marketing Operations & Enablement:

  • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales on lead follow-up and pipeline development.
  • Monitor and flag issues in lead follow-up to maintain campaign effectiveness.
  • Support budget management, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and manage team meetings, materials, and documentation.
  • Track marketing performance using CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of demand generation (tactics) and the marketing funnel.
  • Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and event/campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); data handling/reporting skills preferred.
