Job Description

As a Trading Desk Finance Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in the EMEA Currencies and Emerging Markets Local Rates trading desk. This is your opportunity to work closely with the Front Office, Financial Control, and Market Risk teams, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of daily profit and loss. Job Responsibilities

• Review and report daily P&L and risk.
• Validate and understand daily P&L explanations, including Volcker attributions and residual amounts.
• Identify, design, and implement new controls and processes for P&L/risk production.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly P&L commentaries to senior management.
• Liaise with Financial Control to investigate and resolve MTD P&L breaks.
• Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiatives.
• Coordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Work experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area.
• Experience with P&L and month‑end close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively across diverse functions and locations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Proven experience as a self‑starter.
