  • 5+ years managing large, multi-site contact center and telephony environments.
  • Hands-on Genesys Cloud experience (architecture, configuration, administration).
  • Experience with legacy platforms (Avaya, Cisco).
  • Proven role in major contact center migrations, ideally to cloud-based CCaaS.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English.
