Embedded Team Lead

Your new company 

You will become part of a newly established technology centre of a company that is working in heavy machinery industry. You will become a part of global team and deliver cutting - edge solutions used internally.

Your new role 

As a team leader your responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring less experienced developers and contributing individually to design, and develop software.
• Generate all the relevant documentation 
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Team management: resolving conflicts and encouraging cooperation with inclusive leadership
• Using your technical competences in order to help out the tech lead, and to drive the technical negotiations across multinational global teams

What you39ll need to succeed 

• Bachelor39s degree in Computer Science or similar
• Experience in back-end development, ideally in C++
• Experience with embedded development
• Previous Experience in leading the team
• Great communication skills

• Hybrid work (2 days from the office, 2 days from home)
• Employment based on Contract of Employment with salary range 22 000 - 28 000 PLN gross
