You drive the schedule to meet the agreed milestones Process Ownership: You define and promote engineering best practices. This includes design reviews, code reviews, test-driven development, and continuous integration. Quality Control: You take ownership of the modularity, quality, and stability of the embedded platform code. You balance code complexity with disciplined practices Global Alignment: You work closely with senior firmware leaders from all global sites. You align with Embedded System Architects to ensure platforms and products integrate well Solve Problems: You remove roadblocks for your team.
