You will define the architecture and design of the firmware platform for our future devices. You will handle the most complex technical challenges. In this role you will:* **Architecture and Design:** You define the software architecture. You make critical design choices for the firmware platform to ensure it is modular and scalable* **Solve Complex Problems:** You dig deep into code to solve difficult bugs and integration issues. You balance code complexity with practical discipline* **Technical Guidance:** You mentor other developers. You review their code and designs to ensure they follow best practices* **Drive Innovation:** You lead technical studies and proof of concepts. You propose new technologies to improve our products**Key Qualifications:**For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:* 7+ years of experience in embedded software engineering* Expert-level skills in C and C++ for embedded systems* Deep understanding of system architecture and hardware/software integration* Strong experience with Zephyr RTOS and the Twister test framework* Strong knowledge of Agile methodology is a strong plus* Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical topics* Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts* Fluent in spoken and written English* Willingness to work on-site in the Krakow office at least 3 days a week*#LI-MT1*Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
