  About Fluke Fluke Corporation is expanding in Poland and establishing a new R&D team in Wroclaw to deliver our newest products. This is a unique opportunity to build a new team within an already established environment, combining the dynamism of a start-up with the stability of a global leader.


  •   Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an individual contributor for major development projects or multiple projects.
  • Design, develop, test & debug, document, create build/install packages, and perform analysis on software libraries and applications.
  • Develop new applications and features, and improve, modify, and correct existing software.
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain firmware based on Embedded Linux.
  • Support internal and external developers using our libraries to build custom applications.
  • Develop, implement, and/or lead project plans and processes, schedules, and documentation of work and results.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions through Software Design Documents, diagrams, code comments, and readable code.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in RTOS and/or Embedded Linux development, U-Boot, kernel drivers, and user space applications.
  • Proficiency in C and C++; practical knowledge of Python and Bash.
  • Expertise with Yocto build system.
  • Expertise with Linux device tree and new board bring-up.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded systems, hardware-software debugging, and knowledge of Linux debugging tools and toolchains.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and data sheets.
  • Experience with Git.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with BLE/WiFi/USB and displays.
  • Experience with Hardware in the Loop Systems.
  • Experience with automatic Continuous Integration (CI) testing.
