Your new role
Responsibilities
• Design and implement embedded software for automotive control units (e.g., body control modules, driver assistance systems).
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into detailed software specifications.
• Develop software architectures and designs in close cooperation with hardware and system engineering teams.
• Program in C/C++ and perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Integrate and validate software on ECU hardware.
• Apply strong AUTOSAR development experience in daily tasks.
• Execute module and integration testing, including Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HiL) testing.
• Prepare documentation in line with automotive industry standards such as ASPICE.
What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in software development, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with real‑time operating systems (RTOS).
• Experience with tools and workflows such as MATLAB/Simulink and CANoe.
• Comfortable working with agile development tools like Codebeamer, Jira, Git, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish, along with strong teamwork abilities.
