Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in software product development, including object-oriented analysis and design
- Proven experience as a Software Architect in defining and implementing software architecture
- Strong experience developing scalable, multi-threaded embedded software
- Hands-on experience with embedded microcontrollers and common peripherals
- Experience with RTOS / Operating Systems used in automotive (Linux, QNX, OSEK)
- Strong knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Git)
- Proficiency with UML modeling tools (Enterprise Architect)
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience working with distributed, international teams
- Demonstrated technical leadership and strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
- Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and its impact on software development
- Familiarity with MISRA standards and static analysis tools
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
- Experience with ASPICE / SPICE maturity models
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture
- Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion)
- Experience with system profiling and performance analysis
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
