Weare looking for aEmbedded Firmware Engineer (Zephyr/ STM32/ Secure IoT) towork onfirmware development for camera-based IoT devices. The role involves working with MCUs (preferably STM32), real-time operating systems (Zephyr), secure firmware practices, and connectivity modules.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain firmware for embedded camera devices.
- Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues together with hardware andQA teams.
- Implement and support core security features (secure boot, certificates, mTLS).
- Work with camera and LTE modules toensure stable communication and data transfer.
- Implement OTA update mechanisms and secure telemetry.
- Handle API communication over HTTPS for image upload and device polling.
- Contribute toCI/CD setup and automated testing workflows.
Requirements
- 4+years ofexperience inembedded systems development.
- Strong understanding ofembedded systems architecture and RTOS (Zephyr isaplus).
- Experience with STM32or similar MCUs.
- Knowledge ofcommunication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet).
- Experience with secure firmware development (certificates, secure boot, signatures).
- Hands-on experience integrating modules (camera, LTE).
- Familiarity with OTA updates and secure logging/telemetry.
- Experience working with CI/CD for firmware projects.
- Good analytical and communication skills; ability towork cross-functionally.
- English— Intermediate Strong (comfortable inverbal and written communication).
