We are seeking an experienced and energetic Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will play a key role in executing targeted email marketing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Sales Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for driving our email marketing efforts with a focus on reaching B2B clients, from startups to enterprises.
Experience:
2+ years of email marketing experience, especially targeting B2B clients (startups and enterprises). Proven experience with Instantly and HubSpot is a must. Proficiency in using a mass emailing tool like SendGrid (or similar), preferably one that integrates with Apollo.
Email Marketing Expertise:
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including avoiding spam folders, personalization techniques, A/B testing, and omni-channel communication. Ability to create engaging and catchy email content without sounding spammy. Familiarity with running multi-step sequences and leveraging personalization options.
Writing & Communication:
Exceptional writing skills to craft targeted and engaging email messages for different ICPs. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Design, etc.).
Campaign & Performance Management:
Ability to create and execute quarterly marketing plans and adjust based on campaign performance. Experience analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and increase lead generation.
Tools & Technology:
Familiarity with CRM tools (Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot) and mass emailing platforms (SendGrid, or similar). Experience with omni-channel communication and A/B testing for improved campaign outcomes.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, with preference for German, Korean, or Russian. Experience working with multiple regions, ideally including the USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, and South Korea.
