What you will do

• Develop and maintain reusable, scalable email templates aligned with Asana’s branding and architecture;
• Ensure compatibility and optimal performance within Iterable and Marketo;
• Optimize email design for responsiveness, accessibility, and deliverability best practices;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, formatting, and platform compatibility.

Must haves

• Strong expertise in email development and template creation;
• Experience working with Iterable and Marketo;
• Knowledge of email best practices, including responsive design and deliverability optimization;
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email-specific coding frameworks;
• Understanding of dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Experience with additional marketing automation tools;
• Familiarity with AMP for email;
• Background in A/B testing and performance analytics for email campaigns.
