Provides technical support on several product and customer groups.

Ability to follow technical troubleshooting guides and technical knowledge to determine technical / procedural resolution or escalation path.
Wymagania pracodawcy
Prior experience as electrician/electrical engineer/or any area that allowed you to get experience with electrical systems.
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
