HR Generalist w Exide Technologies S. A.

Overview:

The Electronic Manager R&D Chargers leads the charger electronics development team. Is responsible for the functional and disciplinary lead of the team. Cooperates closely with the Product Manager Chargers and Project Manager on the Charger Roadmap planning and execution and has also interfaces to purchasing and production in the project phase.

Main responsibilities in the position:

• Professional leadership in the areas Power Electronics Design, Digital Electronics ideally in charger area.
• Managing external development projects in the area of chargers.
• Following the Charger Roadmap and ensuring its compliance to the latest standards and the newest developments in related technologies.
• Ensuring in team with the responsible Product Manager and the Project Manager, the smooth completion of the design projects and the product release to production.
• Management of an international team of engineers (5 people currently).

Our requirements:

• Educated to degree level in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or similar.
• At least 3 years in a similar role and progressively responsible experience.
• Power electronics design experience is a must.
• Written and spoken English skills – min. B2 level (upper-intermediate) is a must (interview will be held in English).
• Advanced Polish language is a must.
• Thorough knowledge and skills in the area of power electronics and digital electronics.
• Knowledge in EMC certification and related standards and norms.
• Strong leadership skills enabling to manage the interdisciplinary team.
