- respond to calls from German-speaking customers,
- help with repairs, warranties, parts and minor defects,
- look for solutions remotely (so that the service technician can have a rest),
- match products to customers in response to their needs,
- work with a CRM system - great if you are familiar with SAS Customer Intelligence.
- People with German at C1 level - fluent, confident, stress-free,
- with experience in customer or technical service (not a “MUST”, just will be easier for you),
- with a bit of technical intuition - you dont have to be an engineer, its enough that you can think logically,
- with a positive approach to people and challenges - because a smile can be heard even on the phone,
- English? nice to have, but not required.
- a salary of PLN 7,000 gross on an employment contract (stable, with all benefits),
- a job in a modern office in Katowice,
- training at the start - you will not be thrown into deep water,
