Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the definition, design, and development of large‑scale test benches composed of simulated loads interfacing with automotive inverters and other power electronics components. The position is responsible for designing electronic circuit boards for input signal simulation, enabling accurate and reliable validation of electrical and hybrid systems, thereby contributing directly to the development and validation of next‑generation power electronics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure components and materials required for test bench builds in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Assemble test benches prior to delivery, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Perform soldering of electronic components for repair, modification, or instrumentation of electronic circuit boards.
- Prepare and submit purchase requests in line with internal procurement processes and documentation standards.
- Support the development and update of internal technical documentation, including diagrams for wiring harnesses and load boxes used in test benches.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical education in Electrical Engineering at a high school level; a university degree or ongoing studies in a related field is an advantage.
- Practical experience and manual proficiency in working with very small SMD components, including assembly and inspection under a microscope.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hands‑on experience with CAD tools (e.g., Eagle) and electronic simulation software.
- A structured, detail‑oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on workplace organization, cleanliness, and adherence to housekeeping standards.
- Basic knowledge of programming in C or C++, or a strong interest in developing these skills.
- Ability to communicate in English at a level sufficient to understand technical documentation and collaborate effectively in an international engineering environment.

Recruitment Process

- Technical Interview(s) (1–1.5 hours, one or two rounds) – Conducted in English with the manager and an additional team member, this stage focuses on evaluating your technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills. The interview may be held via Teams or at our office.
- Final Interview (45 minutes) – A meeting with a representative from the HR department to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps. This interview might also take place via Teams or at our office.
