Join Miba Group as an Electronics Engineer - Inżynier Elektronik in our Engineering Center Poland. Miba specializes in advanced technologies for electromobility and collaborates with Miba Battery Systems in Austria on innovative Battery Management Systems (BMS) for automotive and industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full development cycle of BMS – from concept to serial production.
- Design electronic circuits in Altium Designer (analog, digital, mixed‑signal).
- Simulate circuits using LtSpice.
- Collaborate with software and systems engineering teams in Poland and Austria.
- Select electronic components and analyze design requirements.
- Apply DFA principles and EMC requirements during design.
- Create technical and production documentation.
- Prepare test specifications and conduct independent and collaborative testing, launching, and debugging of circuits.
Qualifications
- Higher technical education in electronics, automation, robotics or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic circuit design.
- Strong proficiency in Altium Designer, including the Altium365 module.
- Basic knowledge of LT‑Spice.
- Experience in PCB design (multilayer, Flex).
- Ability to work with measurement and diagnostic equipment.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in an international environment.
