The employee will analyze regular changes in ISO rating and implement insurance manual updates for supported lines within Electronic Rating Content.

The person will be involved in developing and implementing testing strategies, plans, and procedures for insurance manual updates.

Purpose of the team

ISO Electronic Rating Content Team work on automating ISO content, by providing implementation level details from ISO actuarial and insurance line experts who write the manuals.

Using ISO Electronic Rating Content simplifies ongoing maintenance and update efforts of ISO rating content while affording the flexibility for insurance companies to own their own tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Ability to develop and retain in depth knowledge of Verisk Rating and ERC Rating offerings
• Analyze and implement insurance manual updates for supported lines within ERC
• Develop and manage project scopes and associated requirements
• Work with business development teams in the development, management, and support of new Partners
• Knowledge of API technology and API requests
• Troubleshoot issues and solve problems, identify potential process improvements
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Krakow based office
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong analytical mindset
• Technical skills which include competency with development environments and insurance software products would be a plus
• Understanding of API and basic knowledge of CSS and XML would be an asset
• Strong knowledge of Excel, using its advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, data analysis) to organize, analyze, and visualize test data efficiently.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and techniques.
