THE ROLE

As Test Engineer you will be part of the Product, Design and Development team and your key responsibility will be to develop a mature way of testing our products. Working closely with other Engineering Teams, you play a vital role in the development, testing and improvement of our product to ensure that it meets market needs. This position comes with a high level of autonomy, problem solving and many opportunities for growth. We will soon open office in the Katowice region, (part) remote work can be considered. Regular travel to Amsterdam and client location abroad may be necessary.

YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY

1. Designing and building (or being part of building) hardware experimental set-ups
2. Owning and developing different physical test environments for our products against requirement specifications i.e. CO2 production per unit, unit performance and quality in different conditions
3. Influencing hardware product development regarding design for testability
4. Creating test plans, test reports and professional documentation to be able to enter EU, US and Asian markets and obtain safety and other certification(s) required
5. Running quality investigations (creating 8D reports)
6. Active role in the CO2 capture products development

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. A theoretical/practical educational background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;
2. 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience focusing on testing - in hardware development;
3. Experience working with LV power (400V AC);
4. Ability to design and run product test setup;
5. Gas liquefaction experience is a pre;
6. You live in Poland and can (preferably) commute to the Katowice / Myslowice area.
7. Professional communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus;
8. Ability to analyze and interpret data (Excel, Python);
9. The position requires occasional travel to client locations and our Amsterdam office.
