Job Responsibilities

1. Coordination of work on the assigned project.
2. Responsibility for the timely implementation of individual project stages in all design phases.
3. Responsibility for the correct selection of technology, machines, and production equipment in cooperation with other departments of the company.
4. Ongoing cooperation with external and internal clients during the work.
5. Analysis and solving current problems related to project implementation.
6. Ongoing control and reporting of projects deadlines and costs.

Position Requirements

1. Higher education in electrical engineering.
2. Experience in managing shipyard or marine projects.
3. Proven ability to manage large teams.
4. Proficiency in financial management.
5. Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
6. Comprehensive technical knowledge, including skills in planning, problem identification, generating optimal solutions, and multi-faceted project control.
7. Proficiency in English, enabling effective verbal and written communication.
