The Automation Engineering Office in Warsaw is a department within Tetra Pak Processing Solutions & Equipment. In Europe & Central Asia (ECA) we sell, engineer, and deliver projects. We engineer projects in close cooperation with the Project Centers in Europe & Africa; a typical project will be a Dairy, powder, or cheese factory.
The position is based in Warsaw and will require approximately 15% travelling.
You need to be eligible to work and travel within EU for this position.
What you will do
As an Electrical Project Leader , you will lead the electrical project from order to customer takeover in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers focusing on quality, time, and cost.
You will focus on:
- Secure fulfillment of the electrical part, according to customer contract.
- Drive, support, and follow up on external electrical engineering work.
- Participate in internal electrical improvement processes.
- Participate in internal electrical network for knowledge sharing.
- Support regarding purchase of engineering work, power and automation cabinets, equipment, and electrical installation contractors.
- Follow-up, support, and verify electrical installations before handover to end customer.
- Support of pre-projects within electrical project scope.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships, as the work includes close contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Experience working in a high-paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results.

- A team player who easily interacts in a multicultural environment.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- A relevant education within electrical engineering ideally combined with 3-7 years of work experience in project leadership in electrical design and electrical installation.
- It would be an advantage to have both theoretical and practical experience from installations and commissioning and be certified for low-voltage power installation (ABL).
- Experience in electrical projecting, preferably within the processing industry, is also seen as meriting.
