We are currently looking for an Electrical Project Leader to take charge of a strategic and complex project in the exciting field of material handling systems. Your tasks

• Guide and manage a diverse engineering team through the entire process, including planning, execution, and commissioning activities
• Oversee the scope, timelines, and budget for all engineering, commissioning, and testing tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Conduct functional risk analysis and manage risks/opportunities, ensuring all work complies with relevant standards and directives
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment across departments
• Plan resource needs for the engineering/commissioning team and ensure successful system handover to the Project Manager upon testing completion

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Proven experience leading large-scale electrical projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with material handling systems or supply chain processes
• Strong ability to manage project costs, timelines, and risks
• Creative problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
• Willingness to travel internationally 25%-50% annually
