Electrical Lead Engineer

Our Client – a global engineering company – is looking for an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to join their multidisciplinary project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and technical supervision of electrical systems for petrochemical and refinery projects.

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a plant engineering company.
  • Strong understanding of engineering project workflows and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Dialux; ETAP or similar software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural team environment.

,[Planning, managing, and reviewing electrical design activities in accordance with project specifications and contractual requirements., Preparing project-specific Electrical Discipline Job Manuals and technical documentation., Developing one-line diagrams, control and protection schemes, layout drawings, and related design deliverables., Performing electrical calculations (short circuit, power balance, lighting, grounding, lightning protection)., Preparing inquiry packages and participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)., Coordinating interfaces with other disciplines, clients, and vendors., Supporting erection works and verifying vendor documentation.
