We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the Electrical Hardware section of the Operational Technology & Electrical Project Management department.

Your future team:

You will become part of a team of 8 specialists across 2 locations in Denmark and Poland, with expertise in electrical, automation, and Civil-E engineering, as well as project management.

What you will be doing:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute throughout various project phases, from conceptual studies to design, testing, installation, commissioning, and providing engineering support in both Civil-E and process automation. You will also create and maintain internal company electrical standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the electrical scope of projects, including design, procurement, testing (FAT), installation, commissioning (SAT), and documentation.
• Communicating with suppliers to ensure compliance with design needs and electrical design guidelines.
• Participating in budgeting and developing tender materials for suppliers.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with IT, mechanical, automation, and civil teams for seamless integration of electrical design.
• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
• Contributing to a positive work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
• Maintaining and developing internal company electrical standards.

You will often travel, primarily in Europe, but also to North America and Asia, for project supervision and meetings. Expect to travel 60-80 days per year.

What you bring:

You are curious, proactive, and committed to quality and results. You communicate effectively and work well in teams. Additionally, you have:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and implementation of automation systems.
• Experience with electrical systems and installations in industrial buildings.
• Proficiency in electrical design and documentation using CAD software, preferably ePlan.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
• Strong collaborative spirit for working in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Fluency in English.
