Join to apply for the Electrical Engineer role at Randstad Polska. Aker Solutions, with Randstad, is looking for Electrical Engineers to join the team in the brand-new Gdańsk office.

Responsibilities

• Perform design verification of engineering — electrical, instrument, telecom, or cable steel and early outfitting.
• Verify engineering and vendor documentation and provide feedback to suppliers on lack of information and discrepancies.
• Verify location, installation, and construction-friendly design in the 3D model (PDMS).
• Prepare work packages and follow up on changes and variations to ensure efficiency in production.
• Ensure that the building method is implemented in the EIT design.
• Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams and external suppliers.

What we expect

• Master’s, Bachelor’s or Technician degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (high voltage competency can compensate for lack of degree).
• A couple of years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in design verification of engineering — electrical, instrument, telecom, or cable steel and early outfitting.
• Experience working with outside vendors and verifying vendor documentation.
• Knowledge of electrical regulations and NORSOK (nice to have).
• Proficient in English, at least B2+ level.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling programs, Microsoft Office; training will be provided on Aker Solutions systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset.
