Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, organise, and develop the maintenance team
- Provide technical support to team members
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure high availability and reliability of production equipment
- Implement Continuous Improvement and maintenance strategies, such as TPM and predictive maintenance
- Analyse breakdowns and drive root cause elimination
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards
Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in managing technical teams, preferably in the field of maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of production machinery and equipment
- Proficient with Siemens PLC, SCADA, DCS systems, TIA Portal, WinCC, and MES
- Good understanding of electrical diagrams, control logic, production process flow, and automation management systems
- Proficiency in low-voltage circuits, including contactors, relays, frequency converters, and sensors
- Experience working with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)
- Familiarity with Kaizen/Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools
- Knowledge of HSE practices, work permits, and LOTO procedures
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Valid SEP certification for voltages above 1 kV – Group 1: Supervision and Operation
- Good knowledge of Polish and English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of medium- and high-voltage systems
