- 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in AI/ML projects
- Deep understanding of GenAI concepts – Transformers, Pretraining, Finetuning
- Proven experience leading technical teams (mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions)
- Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies
- Track record of delivering Software/AI/ML projects from concept to production
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Feeling comfortable with Scripting (Bash, Python)
- Experience working with AI Engineers, System Architects, and Cloud Architects
- Problem solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, as well as help Engineers in their daily work
- Attention to detail
- Good English skills - B2
