Work Model: Hybrid work model for candidates based in the Wroclaw area (2 days/week in the office) / for candidates located outside Wroclaw, remote work is possible with occasional visits to the office
We are looking for a consultant to join our Digital Product Security team and support us in analyzing application security processes, developing maturity assessment tools, and automating governance-related activities. The role involves close collaboration with EITS teams, AppSec, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze bottlenecks in current application security processes and identify areas for automation.
- Propose automation solutions, considering existing initiatives (e.g., AI Chatbot, ServiceNow, M365).
- Co-develop an internal maturity assessment tool for Application Security Governance.
- Support the development of AI chatbots focused on security-related topics.
Requirements
- Strong background in information security, including experience with security assessments and maturity models.
- Programming skills (Python, JavaScript or similar).
- Experience in developing chatbots, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
- Ability to design and implement custom assessment platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
