Location: Katowice / Wrocław / Warszawa – 2 days office / 3 days remote.

Overview

As EIS Manager in Insurance Consulting you will participate in various streams of Insurance platform implementation projects, collaborate with an agile team to achieve project and client goals, and be part of Business Insurance Transformations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Technical Lead, contributing to various technical streams of EIS implementation projects.
  • Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
  • Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
  • Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Participate in organization‑wide people initiatives.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc.
  • Hands‑on experience in Insurance – Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core.
  • Core technical skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot microservices, REST & SOAP, Apache Camel – CXF, Kafka.
  • Experience in the Insurance domain – Property & Casualty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Science or other technical qualification.
  • 9+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent business communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with OpenL Tablets and knowledge of Vue.js.
  • Certificates in Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud, Angular, React.
  • Experience in agile / scrum methodology.
  • Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Experience in client‑facing roles.
