Join to apply for the EIB Trainee - Human Resources Directorate - Strategy, Risks & Processes Unit - based in Luxembourg role at European Investment Bank (EIB). This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence. The EIB offers the opportunity to live and work in a truly international and multi‑cultural environment.
You will support the Strategy, Risks & Processes Unit of the Human Resources Directorate (HR/COORD/SRP) delivering its services in the areas of process management. There may be touch points with the design and testing of controls as well as project and change management. As these functions are transversal, you will learn about a variety of different HR functions (rewards, health & benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, etc.). Through your involvement you will learn about the objectives and challenges of the EIB, acquire practical knowledge of how we work in these areas, increase professional experience, acquire subject‑matter expertise in process design, risk management and control assessment, and apply and develop transferable skills including organisation and communication.
