Your Key Responsibilities will include:
Serve as EHS subject matter expert for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with Polish regulations and L'Oréal's global standards
Support the development and implementation of project-specific EHS plans, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections at project sites
Partner with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate EHS requirements into project timelines and deliverables
Monitor project progress from an EHS perspective and proactively flag potential compliance issues or risks
Evaluate contractor EHS capabilities during pre-qualification and monitor their adherence to L'Oréal's safety policies
Conduct contractor safety inductions, lead safety meetings on-site, and support incident investigations
Track contractor EHS performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Support the implementation of security protocols for new or upgraded facilities in line with L'Oréal standards
Coordinate with security consultants and vendors to ensure proper integration of security measures in projects
Prepare status reports, compliance summaries, and performance metrics for management review
Contribute to HUB-wide EHSSF initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and EHS governance
Participate in cross-functional meetings and represent EHS interests in project discussions
Maintain comprehensive EHS and security documentation, permits, and compliance records
Our Expectations:
Valid EHS License
University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
4-6 years of solid EHS experience, ideally in corporate or real estate settings
Deep knowledge of Polish and European EHS regulations
Hands-on experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and EHS documentation
Contractor management experience with a focus on safety oversight
Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and act as a valuable business partner
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting construction or real estate projects
Familiarity with security systems and access control
FMCG or cosmetics industry background
Project coordination experience
Driver's license (category B)
